About

A web design agency that works only with HVAC contractors

HVAC by Pixcel designs, builds and maintains websites for residential and light-commercial heating and air contractors. That is the only kind of business we work with. We understand what a no-heat call at 9 p.m. means for your CSRs, why maintenance agreements matter in the shoulder season, and why your license number belongs on the homepage. This page explains why we chose HVAC, how we work with your team and what we will not do.

Principles

How we work.

01

Booked calls over traffic

A visit only matters if it becomes a booked job. We design every page around calling, booking and financing, then measure what actually reaches your CSRs and dispatch board.

02

You own everything

Your domain, content, photos and analytics accounts belong to your company. We document how the site is built so another team could pick it up if you ever needed one.

03

Plain answers, no jargon

We explain choices in the terms you use to run the business: tickets, booking rate, agreements and service area. If we cannot explain why something matters, we leave it out.

04

Built for peak season

Fast pages, a phone number that is always one tap away, and booking that works at 10 p.m. in July. Your website should hold up when call volume is at its highest.

Why we work only with HVAC

A website for a heating and air company has a narrow job: turn a homeowner with a problem into a booked call, then turn that customer into a maintenance agreement. General agencies often treat it like any other small-business site. The result is usually a polished homepage, a contact form at the bottom and no plan for the summer peak.

Working in one trade lets us go deep on the details that decide whether a visitor calls you or the next company in the map pack:

  • Click-to-call and online booking on every page, sized for a phone held in one hand.
  • Service pages that match how people search: no-cool, no-heat, change-outs, tune-ups and indoor air quality.
  • Service-area pages with real local substance, not a list of city names.
  • Financing, reviews and your license shown where a homeowner weighing a replacement looks for them.

It also means our HVAC website design work starts from a structure built around the trade. We spend your time on what makes your company different, not on explaining what a tune-up is.

How we work with owners, GMs and CSRs

Owners decide where the business is going. General managers run the numbers. CSRs answer the phone and know what customers ask before they book. We talk to all three, because each one sees a different part of what the website has to do.

Owners and general managers

We start with the business: which services you want to sell more of, which areas you want to grow into, and which numbers you watch, such as call booking rate, average ticket and agreement count. Decisions come to you as short, clear options with our recommendation, not a long slide deck.

CSRs and dispatch

We ask your office team what callers get wrong, what they ask about and where bookings fall through. Then we design pages and forms that send better-prepared calls, and connect leads to ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, Jobber or the field service software you already run. Our process shows when each person is involved, and our HVAC automations cover what happens after a lead arrives.

What we refuse to do

Many owners come to us after a bad experience with an agency. These are the habits we have ruled out.

No long contracts that hold your domain hostage

Your domain is registered in your company's name, and the site, copy and photos belong to you. Care plans run month to month after launch. If you decide to leave, we hand over the files, logins and domain access another provider needs to take over.

No templates resold as custom

We use a consistent page structure for HVAC because certain things belong on every heating and air site. Your design, copy and service-area pages are created for your company and your market. We do not put your logo on another contractor's site and call it new.

No vanity metrics

Impressions and keyword counts look good in a report but do not pay for trucks. We report on calls, form leads, booked jobs where your software allows tracking, and the pages that produced them. See what each package and plan includes on our pricing page.

See what your website is costing you before the next heat wave.
