For new and growing HVAC companies

A Website for a New HVAC Business That Grows With You

Starting an HVAC company means every call matters and every dollar has a job. You do not need a fifty-page website on day one. You need a fast, credible site that shows your license, explains your core services, makes calling easy and connects to a Google Business Profile that starts collecting reviews from your first jobs. HVAC by Pixcel builds that foundation with our Launch package, on a structure that lets you add service-area pages and automations as the trucks and the team grow.

Quick answer

What does a new HVAC company need on its first website?

A new HVAC company needs a fast, mobile-first site with click-to-call, its license and insurance, core service pages, a booking form and a connected Google Business Profile, which is what the HVAC by Pixcel Launch package covers. Start lean and honest, ask every early customer for a review, and add city pages and automations once you know which areas and services bring in work.

What’s different

Why new HVAC companies need a different site.

Looking temporary, not small

A free template site with stock photos and no license number makes a new company look temporary. Homeowners do not mind small. They mind uncertain, and a thin site raises doubts before the phone ever rings.

Overbuilding before the work exists

Dozens of city pages written before you have served those towns are thin content that search engines may ignore or treat as doorway pages. They also cost money you need for tools, equipment and payroll. Build what you can support, then expand.

No reviews, no map pack

A brand-new Google Business Profile with no reviews has a hard time competing in the map pack. Without a simple, consistent way to ask every early customer for a review, months pass and the profile still looks empty.

What the site must show

Built around the jobs you want more of.

Your license, up front

Your contractor license number wherever your state or locality requires it, plus proof of insurance, in the footer and on the about page, so careful homeowners can check it.

The owner's experience

Your company is new, but your skills are not. Feature the owner's years in the trade, training and certifications honestly, instead of implying a company history you do not have.

Core service pages

Separate pages for AC repair, heating repair, replacement and maintenance, so you can rank for real searches and add more services later without restructuring the site.

A connected Google profile

A verified Google Business Profile with accurate categories, service area, hours and photos, linked to the matching pages on your site from the first week.

A review request routine

A simple text or email after every completed job, with a direct link to your Google review form, set up so that asking never depends on someone remembering.

Real photos from day one

Your truck, your tools, your crew and your first installs, captured on a phone during real work. Real photos do more than polished stock for a company asking for trust.

Launch lean on a structure that can grow

A common mistake for new owners is building the wrong size of website. Too small, and you look temporary. Too big, and you pay for pages you cannot yet fill with real content.

Our Launch package sits in the middle. It includes a custom homepage, repair, replacement and maintenance service pages, click-to-call with a sticky mobile call bar, a booking or service request form, license, reviews and financing sections, on-page SEO basics and analytics setup. Your domain and site belong to your company from the start. The full list is on our pricing page.

The structure underneath is the same one our larger builds use. When you add a second truck, start serving a new county or begin selling maintenance agreements, new pages slot in without a rebuild:

  • City pages for the areas where you already have real jobs and reviews.
  • A membership page once your maintenance plan is defined.
  • Automations like missed-call text-back and review requests when call volume justifies them.

If you want to see the direction before committing, request a free homepage concept. We design it with your company name, services and service area and send it within 5 business days.

Google Business Profile, licensing and your first reviews

For a new HVAC company, the Google Business Profile can matter as much as the website, because the map pack is where many local service searches end. Set it up properly in the first week.

Set up the profile correctly

Choose an accurate primary category, list your real service area and hide your address if you work from home and do not serve customers there. Keep your business name, phone number and hours identical on the profile and the site. Our Google Business Profile guide for HVAC walks through each setting.

Display your license where it belongs

California, Florida and Texas license HVAC contractors at the state level, while New York and Pennsylvania largely license locally. Rules on where a license number must appear vary, so we confirm the current requirement for your state and city and display it everywhere it applies.

Ask every early customer

Reviews from your first jobs are the base everything else builds on. Ask every customer, not only the ones you expect to rate you well, and never offer incentives, because Google's review policies prohibit both. A short text with a direct review link, sent the same day, turns asking into a habit.

FAQ

New HVAC companies: questions owners ask

Something else? Ask us directly or email hvac@pixcelit.com.

How much website does a new HVAC company really need?

Enough to look established and answer the basic questions: who you are, where you work, what you repair and install, how to reach you and why someone should trust you. For most new companies that means a homepage, core service pages, an about page, a service area section and a booking path. Add more pages as real jobs give you real content to write about.

Should a new HVAC company start with Local Services Ads?

It can, once you qualify. Local Services Ads require verification, which typically includes license, insurance and background checks, and your profile there shows reviews, so a few early reviews help. Many owners start with a Google Business Profile and referrals, then add Local Services Ads when the team can handle more calls without letting response times slip.

Can I start with the Launch package and upgrade later?

Yes. Launch is built on the same structure as our Growth and Market Leader builds, so moving up adds service-area pages, a membership page, call tracking and automations without starting over. A common path is to launch the core site before your first peak season, then add pages and automations during a shoulder season when there is time to review the work.

What if I don't have photos or reviews yet?

Start with what is true. Photograph your truck, tools and first jobs on a phone, and feature the owner's experience in the trade. We leave space for reviews and connect a review request routine, so the section fills as jobs are completed. We never add placeholder testimonials, and we never present stock photos as your team.
