HVAC Website Maintenance, Hosting and Growth Plans

A website does not stay fast, secure and current on its own. Plugins need updates, offers expire, a form integration breaks after a CRM change, and the summer page you meant to build never gets done. HVAC by Pixcel care plans cover hosting, updates and monitoring, plus monthly edits, seasonal campaign pages and plain reporting, so your site keeps working through the busy months while your team focuses on running jobs.

Quick answer

What is a website care plan for an HVAC company?

A website care plan is an ongoing service that keeps an HVAC company's site fast, secure and current after launch, and HVAC by Pixcel care plans cover hosting, updates, backups and uptime monitoring. They also include monthly edit time for offers, photos, hours and staff changes, seasonal campaign pages published before the first heat wave or cold snap, and plain monthly reporting, so the site keeps working through peak season.

A site that stays up

Managed hosting, uptime monitoring, backups and security updates, with alerts when something fails. Problems are caught by us, not by a customer who could not get the booking form to load in the middle of a heat wave.

Changes without the wait

Monthly edit time covers updated offers, new photos, staff changes, hours and new pages. Your office manager sends a request and it gets done, instead of becoming another task nobody has time for in peak season.

Seasonal pages built early

We plan and publish seasonal pages and offers before demand shifts, so tune-up campaigns and emergency service pages are live, indexed and tracked before the first heat wave or cold snap arrives in your market.

What’s included

Hosting, Care & Growth Plans, specified.

Managed hosting and backups

Secure hosting with SSL, caching and regular backups, with restores tested so a working copy of your site is always available if something goes wrong.

Updates and security

Platform, theme and plugin updates tested before they go live, plus security monitoring and fixes, so outdated software does not become a weak point.

Uptime and speed monitoring

Round-the-clock uptime checks and regular speed tests against Core Web Vitals, with alerts and fixes when a page slows down or the site stops responding.

Monthly edits

A monthly allowance of content changes, including offers, photos, staff, hours, service details and new pages, requested by email or a simple form.

Seasonal campaign pages

Pre-season landing pages and offer updates for cooling and heating seasons, built and tested before demand rises, with tracking numbers assigned to each.

Monthly reporting

A short report covering calls, forms, bookings, traffic, rankings for core terms and site health, with notes on what we changed and what comes next.

What happens on a care plan each month

Care plans are built around routine work that keeps the site reliable and current. It is the kind of work that slips when everyone in the office is busy, which is usually exactly when the site matters most. A typical month includes:

  • Updates. Platform, plugin and dependency updates, tested on staging first where the platform allows.
  • Monitoring. Uptime checks, form delivery tests, broken link scans and speed checks on your most visited pages.
  • Edits. Your requested changes, from a new technician photo to a revised financing offer.
  • Integration checks. Booking embeds, tracking numbers and CRM connections tested so leads keep reaching your team.
  • Reporting. A plain summary of calls, forms, bookings and traffic, with any issues and fixes listed.

Plans differ in how much edit time, content and campaign work they include, and our pricing page sets out what each plan covers. If you are not sure what your current site needs, a free website audit shows speed problems and HVAC-specific gaps worth fixing first.

Building seasonal pages before the first heat wave

The worst time to build an AC repair campaign page is the week the temperature spikes. Your team is overloaded, search demand is already climbing, and a new page still has to be crawled and indexed before it can rank. Care plans move that work earlier.

Each season we run a short pre-season routine with you:

  1. Plan: during the quiet weeks of the shoulder season, agree the offers, financing messages and membership pushes for the season ahead.
  2. Build: well before the first hot forecast, build or refresh seasonal pages, update homepage banners and prepare PPC landing pages for any paid campaigns.
  3. Launch: publish early enough for pages to be crawled, submit them in Search Console, assign tracking numbers and test every form and booking path.
  4. Run: during the season, watch calls and page performance weekly and adjust offers or hours as your capacity changes.

The same routine runs again before heating season, with no-heat, furnace, boiler and heat pump content. Our pre-season website checklist lists each step if you prefer to run it in-house.

Reporting an owner can actually use

Most owners do not want a long analytics export. They want to know whether the website produced calls and booked work, and whether anything needs a decision from them.

Our monthly report covers:

AreaWhat you see
LeadsCalls by source, form submissions and online bookings, compared with the previous month and the same month last year
SearchClicks and impressions from Search Console, plus positions for your core service and city terms
Site healthUptime, speed, errors found and fixed, and updates applied
Work doneEdits completed, pages published and anything waiting on your team
Next monthPlanned work and recommendations, such as a new city page or a landing page test

Because HVAC demand swings with the weather, we compare months year over year wherever the data allows, so a mild June is not mistaken for a website problem. If your CSRs record booked outcomes in your field service platform, we can include booked jobs by source as well.

FAQ

Care Plans: questions owners ask

Something else? Ask us directly or email hvac@pixcelit.com.

Do we have to host with you to get a care plan?

Not always. If your site is on Webflow or a reputable host you want to keep, we can provide updates, monitoring, edits and reporting on your existing setup. Hosting with us makes performance and security easier to manage, because we control the server, caching and backups. We recommend the option that fits your site during onboarding.

What counts as a monthly edit?

Routine content changes: updating offers and financing messages, swapping photos, changing hours, adding team members, editing service details and small layout adjustments. New pages and seasonal campaign pages are included on plans that cover them. Larger projects, such as new templates or major integrations, are scoped separately so they do not use up your monthly edit time.

Can we still edit the site ourselves?

Yes. You keep full access and can make your own changes at any time. We ask that you let us know about larger edits so monitoring and reports stay accurate, and we protect key elements such as tracking scripts, schema and booking embeds, so an everyday edit does not break them.

What happens if the site goes down in the middle of summer?

Uptime monitoring alerts us when the site stops responding, and we start on the fix as soon as the alert comes in. Common causes include hosting problems, DNS changes, expired domains and failed updates, all of which we watch for. Backups let us restore a working version if needed, and we let your office know so CSRs can answer customer questions.

How do care plans relate to SEO?

Every care plan keeps the technical foundations healthy: fast pages, working links, current schema and clean redirects. Depending on the plan, growth work can add new city pages, seasonal content and Google Business Profile posts. For a full local search program, care plans pair with our HVAC SEO service, which adds profile optimization, citation cleanup and review generation.
