HVAC marketing ROI and lost-calls calculator

Enter a few numbers from your own business to estimate how much revenue your website produces today and what a modest improvement in conversion or booking could be worth. The estimate uses only the numbers you enter.

Your numbers

Defaults are example numbers, not benchmarks. Replace them with your own from Google Analytics, your call tracking and your field service software.

Estimate only: visitors × conversion rate × booking rate × average ticket. It ignores repeat customers, memberships and replacements, which usually make the real number larger.

How the estimate works

How the estimate works

The calculator multiplies four numbers:

  1. Monthly website visitors, from Google Analytics or your agency's report.
  2. Conversion rate: the share of visitors who call, text or submit a form.
  3. Booking rate: the share of those leads your CSRs turn into booked jobs.
  4. Average ticket: what a booked job is worth, from your field service software.

Visitors × conversion rate × booking rate × average ticket gives an estimate of monthly revenue from the website. The calculator then shows how that figure changes if conversion or booking improves, so you can see where lost calls cost the most.

Why it is an estimate

Real results depend on season, weather, service mix, ad spend and how your team handles calls. A no-cool call in July and a tune-up in April carry very different tickets. Use the result to size the opportunity, not as a forecast.

Use your own numbers

Any example values are placeholders. Replace them with figures from your own reports for a meaningful result. If you are not sure how your site performs, start with the free website audit. Our missed-call text-back and booking automations close gaps between a first call and a booked job.

Where do I find my website conversion rate?

Google Analytics 4 can report it if calls and form submissions are set up as key events. Call tracking from a provider such as CallRail adds phone leads. If neither is set up, divide last month's website calls and forms by last month's website visitors for a rough figure.

What counts as the average ticket?

Use the average invoice for jobs that came from the website, if your field service software can filter by lead source. If not, use your overall average ticket. Mixing repair calls, tune-ups and change-outs gives a blended figure, which is fine for an estimate.

Do you store the numbers I enter?

No. The calculator uses your numbers only to show the estimate on the page. If you choose to send the results to us through the form, we receive the details you submit so we can reply.
