Sunline Air: a Tampa AC maintenance club website concept
A studio concept for a fictional Tampa Bay AC company. Instead of leading with emergencies, the homepage leads with the Sunline Club and shows what two tune-ups a year and priority service look like, through a member card, priority booking slots and clear plan tiers.

Studio concept. Sunline Air is a fictional brand created to show our approach; names, numbers, licence numbers and reviews in the design are placeholders.
The brief
Sunline Air is a fictional company we built this concept around: a Tampa Bay AC contractor that runs cooling for most of the year and wants its maintenance club at the centre of the business, not as a line item on an invoice.
The brief we set ourselves flipped the usual homepage. Most AC sites lead with the emergency, which makes sense in a heat wave but leaves the recurring revenue story on a page nobody visits. We wanted the first screen to sell the membership, two tune-ups a year and priority service, while keeping repair booking one tap away for anyone whose system is already down.
The style had to feel bright, coastal and friendly without looking like a holiday rental site, and stay calm enough for a homeowner comparing plans on a phone. For the wider market context, see our Tampa HVAC web design page.
What we built
We used one typeface, Plus Jakarta Sans, with tight, heavy headlines and rounded shapes everywhere else: pill buttons, soft cards and a large-radius hero panel. Ocean blue carries the text, sky blue fills the backgrounds, and coral is kept for the two actions that matter most, join and book.
The hero pairs a flat illustration of a Florida home, palms and condenser with a member card UI. It shows a named member, the next tune-up window, a progress bar for visits used and the two core perks. A small "tune-up booked" toast hints at the reminder automation behind it.
The scheduler then proves the priority promise. Certain windows are tagged for Club members, and the copy says so. Below it, two plan tiers sit side by side with a list of what every tune-up includes, so a CSR can send one link that answers most plan questions. In a live build we would connect sign-ups to the CRM and automate seasonal reminders through our HVAC automations.
Financing is framed as three steps rather than a calculator, reviews call out Club members, and the service area map draws the bay with the communities people search for. A post-storm FAQ answers what owners ask after bad weather. The same structure also works as a focused PPC and LSA landing page for club campaigns.
The decisions that matter.
Membership-first hero
The headline sells the Sunline Club, two tune-ups a year and priority service, while a second button keeps repair booking one tap away for anyone already without cooling.
Member card UI
A realistic member card shows the next tune-up window, visits used and core perks, so visitors can picture what belonging to the Club looks like before they join.
Priority booking windows
The scheduler tags specific arrival windows for Club members, turning the abstract word priority into something a homeowner can actually see on the calendar.
Side-by-side plan tiers
Two plans with prices, inclusions and a clear recommendation for older systems make comparison quick, and give CSRs a single link to send after a repair visit.
Tampa Bay service map
A flat map of the bay marks Pinellas and Hillsborough communities, backed by area chips that can double as internal links to local service pages.
